David Dressler is a restaurateur who co-founded the quickly expanding Tender Greens restaurant chain. He started in the hospitality industry at age seven. After a lifetime of working for others in high-end establishments, Mr. Dressler partnered with two co-workers to realize their vision of bringing farmer's market quality food at a reasonable price to the masses. As a first time business owner, he appreciated that Banc of California educated him on what he needed from a bank and how we could provide it. As a result of that collaboration, today Mr. Dressler and his partners have 650 employees at 13 locations and several highly successful social outreach programs.
