Marco Maimone founded Marco's Collision Centers, an auto body repair shop, in a neighborhood gas station in 1972. It quickly became a success thanks to the quality of the work and the honest family values Marco applied to the business. Building on that foundation, the business hit its stride when Lillian Maimone joined the company full-time and became its CEO. Working with Banc of California, she was able to restructure debt and focus on acquisitions to expand their business to 9 locations with 155 employees and growing.
